Everything was spotless and brand-new. Marvellous very central location, right by the Square at the top of Santa Ponsa, 2 other larger supermarkets a short walk away and shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Located off the main road. Well-equipped & neat unit with terrace, clean bed sheets, as example. Quick check-in, parking at the entrance. The pool had waterfalls and water slides too.

Truly enjoyed Santa Ponsa, the hotel was wonderful in heels. The staff was incredibly welcoming and pleasant, provided me with an exceptional apartment. The location of the property was marvellous and peaceful - not too far away from Santa Ponsa Beach. The stay was excellent.

An apartment on the top floors has basic facilities you need. This is a perfect and magnificent location in Santa Ponsa. Thank you, would definitely book again.

Impeccably clean place accompanied by attentive staff. Plenty of food in the hotel, poolside restaurant. Quick check-in, late check-out. Pleasant experience there.

The units were good modern and brand-new on the top floors. They have a storage and amazing WiFi. Its location to walk to the supermarket is good and peaceful.

Unbeatable location to the local cove where you can sit with a drink overlooking the sea, easy to get anywhere. A simply stunning hotel, my first choice in Santa Ponsa.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable with good wi-fi. All the employees were reasonably good and efficient. The food in the authentic restaurant was lovely.

The staff was efficient and excellent at all levels. Besides, the location was great and peaceful for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Santa Ponsa Beach. The hotel itself was in an entertainment area, so close to great restaurants, main square and the local shops.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location was perfect, nestled near the beautiful mountains in the west of the island. It was a great area to relax and unwind, while still being close enough to Palma for easy access to city amenities. The hotel offered a range of quality services, including car hire and laundry facilities. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a balcony, providing enhanced comfort.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Good location, close to the rocky beach and to the town, very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was alot further from the main strip than it is made out to be. Took about 20 minutes to walk there. There is a supermarket just across the road though which was handy and there is an entertainment square about a 5 min walk down the road which would be good for families etc but for young people the hotel is a good walk from the pubs and clubs. Also our air conditioning didnt work or the television but we didnt really need either so didnt complain. The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean, there was no problem getting the bed made up or extra / clean towels when needed. The staff didnt bother you if you left a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Overall our stay there was great. Alot of families there but wasnt noisy or anything. Would defo stay there again. The only downside was the distance from the strip. GReat value for money.

Had excellent 10 nights here. The staff was incredibly welcoming and pleasant and had a few recommendations about on-site pleasant restaurant. Its location just a short stroll away from Santa Ponsa Beach was marvellous and peaceful. Plus the hotel was a short walk to bars and restaurants.

As bike riders, we loved the well-kept pool area and the close proximity to a beautiful beach. The entertainment team also engaged both kids and adults, making it a fun-filled stay.

Felt like relaxing at home, no reason to complain.
